our Christmas Day forecast has just come in.....we're expecting 43C/110F, same for Boxing Day
im not a drinker but i think a few ice cold Buds will go down well then!!!!!!

and now for something completely different than Australia's beautiful weather...lol.... 2 celsius(36 fahrenheit) with heavy rain !!!!...If this was snow we'd have a full blown blizzard!....they predict a green Christmas here...unfortunately!
Everybody always quipps that they like rain better than snow because you don't have to shovel rain. I am the complete opposite...I'd rather have snow!...I don't have to shovel so there!...also my poochie(see avatar) loves the snow and hates heavy rain...must think he's getting a bath because he hates a bath !!!!...lol

lol...yup we get the noreaster quite frequently! Wife is a bundle of nerves at the moment as our daughter is flying in from Toronto today but it doesn't look good as the US and Ontario are getting a major snowstorm!

42C/107F today....
forecast is for 45C/113F tomorrow and saturday....and whats more our air-con system broke down yesterday, i spent this morning organising another one.
worst thing is though, im going in to work tomorrow for a few hours,looks like i'll be leaving around 4am to get back home before 10 when the heat really kicks in

Was looking up temperatures on the web. Hottest recorded 59 deg Celsius. Coldest -89 deg Celsius.

we have a place right here in West Australia called Marble Bar where temps regularily reach 50C+ in summer, so hot infact that the miners who live there all live underground in the limestone rock(its not caves,theyve actually excavated houses)
so onto today...it was 38C/100F at 10am this morning....bringing back memories of Memphis and New Orleans in 2011, was so hot then that both Music Head and I melted and when they scraped us up off the footpath our DNA was mixed up, thats why we're now "brothers for life"!!!! LOL

ended up at 42C/107F today...7:36pm now, still around 37C/98F and the thunderstorns are rolling in and the humidity has skyrocketed to around 90%...

Wow CH! And I was just about to complain that it was like 80F on Christmas..... Every other day lately is chilly. Today I even turned the heat on. It was about 60F inside my house when I woke up! Brrrrrrr
