15C/60F last night and 33C/91F today...im over summer already and it hasnt even started yet!!!!!
also pissed off, because Neil Young's "psychadelic pill" album has been delayed a week here so i wont be able to get it till next weekend( i thought it was strange that it was getting released a week earlier here than the rest of the world, they must have made a mistake on the release date!!!!

im thinkint the whole metric thing is up in the air in the Uk also...they work with miles,inches and yards,yet use celcius???...strange lot over there,must be the rain that does it to them....
yep pretty sure its the rain that does it, as Jerome lives in Ireland, another cloud covered,rain sodden land LOL

You know, the metric system came into being here at least 30 years ago and I think in fahrenheit, feet, inches, etc. still to this day!....lol

LOL, i used to have to do the same...i did my apprenticeship with my dad, he worked in yds,ft and inches, so i got the best of both worlds with metric, mainly use metric now, but i still know the old ways

Bracing for Hurricane Sandy which they are calling The Perfect Storm because of its" massive size. We're expected to get heavy rains Tuesday to Wednesday and a possibility of a winterlike storm!!!
Today is gray and bleak ,,,about 11 celsius(around 50F)...but no rain !!!!

They closed schools for hurricane sandy here on Friday. Her winds have not yet left us entirely but the rain stopped, the sun came out and the weather cooled down to the 70's. It's really nice. We have all the windows open. I hope the NE gets through the storm OK.
