i was always told how hard it is to make a perfect soufflé and i tried to make one many moons ago....it worked!
i figured i would never make another perfect one so ive never tried again, instead, i have a perfect record!

out to a pub/bar for dinner for one of Dani's daughter's birthdays earlier this week...
looked at the menu and didnt fancy anything (beef, chicken, pork, none of it peaked my interest) so i went for the vegan burger, salad and fries...
the meal didnt sit heavy in me like some meat dishes but it was filling....
lunch today was a Thai Green Curry from a Thai cafe in town...

i obviously havent eaten anything for a week becuase i didnt post anything! LOL
well,
i have a chest infection and currently on anti-biotics
so was feeling pretty sick yesterday, no dinner for me then
appetite improved today as the meds kicked in...
trimmed pork chop, steamed veg and some mashed potato tonight..

served on top of brown rice, mixed through and eaten...
