Well I know of one reason . That being when one gets a set of songs on the same subject telling a story with one sog being sequel to the previous .
Like on the Human League album "Dare" There songs , Get Cartet / I Am The Law / Seconds Of Your Time .

Happiest Days of our Lives & Another Brick in the wall is an example.
