Thai style fish cakes and an Asian slaw. 

Looking forward to harvesting some spinach soon, yay!

do you make the Fishcakes yourself or shop bought?

Bolognaise tonight with a side of garden salad.
used Turkey mince instead of beef for a change
totally different flavour

Today – I have no idea. Might put on a blindfold and grab something out of the fridge/freezer, likewise the grocery cupboard. Lol! Tedium has set in … or hysteria ... or a bit of both ... could be interesting!!  Dodgy

Back on track - in the process of making bread again which also doubles as an upper body workout. Lol! Seriously in need of a good long walk but that's not happening anytime soon. Lasagne for dinner so will be making pasta later as well. It all comes down to minutiae!! Our worlds have shrunk - very interesting - how we respond.

I haven't made homemade pasta in years Ruby, cudo's to you, im too lazy and its so cheap to buy (but doesn't taste as good and theres no satisfaction in opening a packet!)
