made a fried rice tonight but instead of actual rice i used the 'veggie rice' made of cauliflower
it has the exact same texture as normal rice, you wouldnt know the difference once its cooked and flavours added.

homemade beef curry.
not a big fan of beef curry much prefer chicken, lamb and goat...
but was nice for a change

fillet of fish in a sealed microwavable bag (to steam cook) in a soy/ginger sauce.
with mashed potato and green beans.
good healthy, tasty meal thats is quick and easy.

tuna bake but replaced the tuna with broccoli, that was interesting.

had a vegan frozen tv dinner tonight...
some sort of plant based chicken alternative in a curry sauce with rice.
whatever it was had the same texture of chicken but i had no idea what it was (Tofu maybe??)
but it tasted okay for a change

Cheese soufflé - so good.
