"bloody hell!" on the England issue

"not surprising" on the Russian article, now we just need China to admit the truth with its cases/fatalities!

Well the Moderna vaccine is a no-no for me. Won't be taking that one. A doctor who is highly allergic to shellfish (just like me) had a bad reaction to the vaccine. He thought he was going to have a heart attack just minutes after the injection.

RE: Covid-19 - Ruby - 31-12-2020

Our pathology labs are overwhelmed at the moment - so many people wanting to test - queues are hours long which means that you'd have to go and sit with a whole bunch of people who suspect they may have Covid for two+ hours! My GP is doing phone consultations and encouraging insolation first, aside from if presenting with severe symptoms, of course. They reckon that around 30% of the population is walking around shedding the virus unknowingly. It's also manifesting in guises other than respiratory - I've been completely flattened by something that doesn't feel like a common GI upset so they told me to assume that it wasn't - no way to tell for sure unless having a test of some description which I will do as soon as viable. On the mend now, thankfully, very stressful business! Anyway -if it turns out to be Covid related, I will have got off lightly I'd say.
