Kristofferson is one of my all-time favorites. I consider him to be one of the greatest songwriters ever. He's considered by many to be a country music artist but he's difficult to catagorize. I own all his albums. In 1972, he actually gave me a ride from downtown Nashville to where I lived about 20 mlles from town. I was thumbing a ride with a couple other guys after we missed the last bus that night. I was already a fan and had seen him live a couple weeks before. The other two guys didn't know who he was.
He's just a regular guy, or at least he was then. I suspect he hasn't changed much.

Being new on here. I'm wondering how some of the videos appear as videos and others, such as mine, appear as links. How do I post a link so it appears on the page as a video?

When you click on the reply button and it opens up to reply you will see an icon that looks like a film frame...
Click on it....
When it opens up, paste your youtube link to it, click ok and it will appear on your reply page
When you click "post quick reply" it will come up as a video.....

I saw an interview with Ray at the end of last year and he said he and Dave were discussing the possibilities of a possible one-off final tour....
I've not heard anything yet so maybe they ended up fighting over it and walked out on each other.......again!

Kristofferson's voice is pretty much gone but I still love the guy. His most recent studio album is one of his best.
