The catalogue is endless, with way too many compilations, but that's what happens when you reach legendary status. Although by this stage of his career rock 'n' roll had lessened his significance on the music of the day, there is no denying that the man was the master of his era. Some real standouts on here with only one dud. Singles of the title track and the duet with daughter Nancy of Something Stupid which reached #1. The album went to #24. I LOVE THIS ALBUM Worst Track - Don't Sleep In The Subway Best Track - Something Stupid I know I stand in line until you think you have the time To spend an evening with me And if we go someplace to dance, I know that there's a chance You won't be leaving with me And afterwards we drop into a quiet little place and have a drink or two And then I go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like "I love you" I can see it in your eyes That you despise the same old lies you heard the night before And though it's just a line to you, for me it's true And never seemed so right before I practice every day to find some clever lines to say To make the meaning come through But then I think I'll wait until the evening gets late and I'm alone with you The time is right, your perfume fills my head, the stars get red and, oh, the night's so blue And then I go and spoil it all by saying something stupid like "I love you" The time is right, your perfume fills my head, the stars get red and, oh, the night's so blue And then I go and spoil it all by sayin' something stupid like "I love you" I love you I love you I love you 1) The World We Knew (Over And Over) - *** - audio YouTube - Frank SINATRA - The World We Knew (Over and Over) 2) Something Stupid - *** - audio YouTube - Something Stupid - Frank & Nancy Sinatra 3) This Is My Love - *** 4) Born Free - ** - audio YouTube - Frank Sinatra - Born Free 5) Don't Sleep In The Subway - * 6) This Town - *** - audio YouTube - Frank SINATRA - This Town (Reprise) 7) This Is My Song - ** 8) You Are There - ** 9) Drinking Again - *** MP3DL Player 10) Some Enchanted Evening - ** http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNW3nR8_KaU 3's - 5 2's - 4 1's - 1 Rating - 2.4 What Are You Listening To? - Iota - 22-12-2009 Keith Jarrett - Köln, January 24, 1975, Part I What Are You Listening To? - latorius - 24-12-2009 Recently been listening to Shuggie Otis, there is one very underrated guitarist, if you like Carlos Santana, Ry Cooder or Michael Bloomfield.
