^Reminds me of a property I was obliged to visit the other day. I think I counted around 20 trophies – buffalo, kudu, etc., hanging all over the house – it was a serious assault on the psyche is all I can say. I went around silently apologising to the animals and biting my tongue. I don’t get it - AT ALL - anathema to me.

Trophy Hunting baffles me
you stand up to 300m from an unsuspecting animal and shoot it
the animal doesnt have a 'sporting chance' to win
where is 'the sport' in that

bought some Salmon fillets today
baked on a bed of pasta,peas and corn in a mornay sauce

What I can't understand is the NEED to go and kill something in order to feel you have achieved something. This so-called 'sport' is just about one big power trip, nothing more. The stupidity of man knows no bounds.

salmon fillet seasoned with a pre-bought Moroccan spice.
side of Mediterranean pearl couscous with a soft fried egg on top.

if i was on death row this meal would under serious consideration for my last meal!

this is what we'll be having for dinner tonight

dont care if its lightly fried, baked, steamed, BBQ'd, smoked or raw...
i'll take Salmon any day of the week, period!
guess i was a Grizzly or a Brown Bear in my last life, or next one for that matter!
