i'll jusr throw a few sausages on the Barbie when Dani gets back from work and we'll have them with , you guessed it.....salad!

lazy with all the heat so a simple 'add,stir and heat' meal tonight...
jar of satay sauce with beef strips and veg and microwave rice...
was really too hot for hot food but if i have salad for one more day i'll grow long ears, buck teeth and start hopping!

had a BBQ at one of Dani's daughters' houses for lunch to celebrate Australia Day so not overly hungry tonight
nice and simple good old fashioned cheese and pickled onion in fresh crispy rolls

frozen garden veg stir-fried with a teriyaki sauce and turkey steak strips
mixed in some brown rice to create a fried rice dish...
