It's always changing...but I'm gonna go with A Farewell to Kings. Title track rules. Cygnus X-1 is epic. If course there's Xanadu. It was the perfect follow-up to 2112.

I never got into Rush, partly because I really don't like Geddy Lee's voice. He always sounds as though he's frightened, angry, or both.
The only Rush album I ever considered getting (but didn't) was Grace Under Pressure, and that's mainly for the song Distant Early Warning.
I've known people (invariably male) who love Rush, but I think compared to many other bands that kind of fit into the "progressive metal" genre, Rush are fairly one-dimensional.
