Dani and I hired out the new Johhny Depp "the lone ranger" movie on the weekend....
if you like the kooky and whacky style of Johnny Depp, you will love this movie, if not, you wont like it!
me, i fall into the former catagory...i love JD....!
movie is based on the origins of The Lone Ranger and his sidekick Tonto(Depp).
its a bit darker than the old tv series from the 1960s which i only vaguely remmeber watching as a kid...
the movie is close to two and a half hours long and needs to be to that length to tell the story without cutting corners IMO...
all up,
despite the crappy reviews it recieved when released at the cinemas a while ago, this is a very good movie, especially if you love Kentucky born Johnny Depp...
