had the remnants of a tropical cyclone down our way today...
overcast, the odd shower, cool winds and a maximum temperature of 25C/76F......ah, beautiful weather IMO!

back upto 40C/105F today, at 5:40pm(right now) it is still 37C/98F

We need rain! The temperature is great, in the 70's during the day but there have been fires in the area and we all have brown lawns. It's so strange to me too because it has been cloudy and grey but it never actually rains. The weathermen have been predicting rain for at least a month now but it never comes. They've predicted again for this weekend.....we'll see.
