sunny this morning but clouds rolled in after lunch and we received a shower or two mid afternoon
rain predicted overnight
not sure how much rain we have received over the last six to eight weeks but it seems like more than usual and the temps seem consistently lower than normal too

oh well, there were some showers overnight but by time the sun rose in the eastern sky over the Darling Ranges we had blue skies
nothing but blue skies do i see....

gorgeous winter morning, blue skies, crisp air, no breeze and a few whispy clouds floating by
after lunch the clouds rolled in and light showers extending in to the evening

a cold start to the day with -1.4C/29F which is really cold for our region
had a couple of showers overnight which ended up (with the temp) to create a layer of ice on the car.
once the in car heater defrosted the windows it was a pleasant start to the day but a couple of showers persisted throughout the late morning so what i wanted to do outside today has had to get postponed until probably thursday due to other commitments over the next couple of days

a stormy old day, had some 40mm of rain, thats around one and a half inched in the Imperial scale.
14C/56F today,
was supposed to get another 15-20mm of rain but it never eventuated and stayed offshore.
