John Taylor was born on this day in 1960, in Solihull, England. He has made a couple of solo albums but is best known as a co-founder and the bassist of Duran Duran. Same name as my late father, so could not overlook this one! Who knows - we may even be related??!! Along with a large percentage of the UK in general - almost rivalling the Smiths and Joneses! LOL!
