Great speech in Florida!!
Highlight for me was when Trump called supporter up to speak.
Funny actually  SS was having a hissy fit  Trump told them to let the supporter through.
No matter what we think of Trump, he is unlike any Pres. we have ever had

Oh well. I've waited this long.

Vice President Mike Pence has made an unannounced visit to a vandalized Jewish cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri. He also condemned anti-Semitism. The cemetery is receiving a show of support from clean up volunteers, well-wishers, and financial contributors across different faiths.

Dear Mr. President
thank you for ditching that ridiculous Obama initiative that said
trans gender youth can pee in whichever bathroom they choose

Hilarious - and by the way I agree 100% - this whole trans gender bi/tri nonsense is getting out of hand. Gotta hand it to the human race - we sure know how to screw everything up.

Hmmmm would be interesting to get a transgender person's perspective on that though...

I'm not saying there's a simple solution, but for someone born female who looks like a male, dresses like a male and has all or most of the physical attributes of a male, it's no laughing matter. It's easy to sit back and chuckle if you're not personally affected, and don't have acquaintances who are.

Is it really that hard to provide unisex toilets for those who wish to use them?

if you have the physical attributes of a male you are a male
yes it is a laughing matter for me
it's hilarious

Well isn't that the whole point? That, no doubt, is how transgender people perceive themselves, and is surely the whole reason for the original Obama edict.
Quote:President Donald Trump’s administration on Wednesday reversed Obama-era policies requiring that public schools allow transgender students to use the bathroom that corresponds with their gender identity.

Whatever. I guess if you have never been a member of a minority group, you don't seetheir problems as your problem.

Politics - CRAZY-HORSE - 24-02-2017

too much political correctness and pandering to minority groups in the world over the last 25yrs which makes the 'silent majority' now the outcasts in society
and also making us feel guilty about things we should not feel guilty about...

take the Australian Aboriginals bob_32,
ive currently had to take on security work because the building industry is in recession,
I work at a shopping centre.
I get rid of, and ban the locals for stealing, sometimes arresting them for the police (depending on what they steal)...
when I take them on I am the following:
1: racist for not allowing them to get away with it and picking on them because theyre black
2: a pedo if their underage
3: often called every name under the sun when I catch them
4: when I tell them they are on private property and banned from entering I am told
'this is my land, youre trespassing' etc etc...

they steal but im supposed to feel guilty for catching them,
yes, I also catch Caucasians but 90% are Aboriginals...

minority groups need to suck it up and get on being part of our society without expecting special treatment at the expense
of everyone else IMO.

Indeed. I don't think it's a laughing matter either and gender dysphoria is experienced by few people so it's easy to be dismissive. I may not understand what it's like, but I don't have a problem with someone identifying as the gender they feel is more true to themselves. Maybe gender identity is more complicated than we think it is? Yeah, I don't see the issue with unisex restrooms/toilets either. *shrugs*

And there are Intersex people too. For instance, a person may look male or female on the outside, but have different reproductive organs on the inside. How should they identify, gender wise? Just curious.
