On second thought, Medicaid here is crappy.
We can not choose our own Dr. Most Drs. here will not accept Medicaid anyway.
So, for the hubby that one is out. Looks like he will die because of no Health Ins.
I don't like different laws for states.
Our Medicaid here is run by Social Services.

Sad when a court can overturn the CIC. Does not make sense.
If only the Dems would stop throwing tantrums and give him a chance.
Refreshing that we have a Pres. that acts like a common sense person and is trying to keep us safe.

Back to Medicaid that is the one you can not choose the Dr. you want.
I asked my Dr. why. He said Medicaid did not want to pay.
He used to accept Medicaid but no more as many other Drs.
The only Drs. who do take Medicaid, I would not want.
It's good to get into nursing homes but the nursing homes are death traps.

Who cares. That is so silly! They are just fishing for something to bitch about and to try and connect Trump.

Seems the detaining and denied entry to U.S. legal residents whom were unfairly treated and the green card debacle hurt the travel ban's case. Trump could've made it clear in his executive order that U.S. permanent residents were exempt from the order, but he didn't. The White House made a political and legal gaffe. The handling of the ban was poorly done, no wonder it was overturned.
Another major tactical mistake came when the Justice Department decided to argue to the 9th Circuit that the courts have no role to play whatsoever in examining immigration-related decisions the president makes on national security grounds.
The court shredded that argument.
Hahahaha, this administration is something else.

I thought the ban was temporary and for a few countries. Not all Muslim countries.
