CRAZY-HORSE Wrote:if you want a really dumb concert concept try Gorillaz, they stand behind a curtain during their concerts with lighting behind them to cast
shadows on the curtain, that is what the audiences get to see along with anime images of the carton characters from their videos,
theres no way id even pay $50 to see that, but then again...

Didn't Mick Jones and Paul Simenon play with Gorillaz? I've tried listening to them, and I don't hear it.

That's a shame about missing The Wall. But, the DVD is excellent.

Beautiful voice and music. I just bought the 5 CD 100 song set. She's the UK Diva, as France's Piaf and US' Garland. I know it's a terrible thing to say. But, she's lost "credit" because she survived.

Has she? I think it's just that times, and musical fashion, have moved on. She still seems to have a pretty good following in Australia among people over 65.

If it weren't for The Wall I'd have never heard of her.Piaf and Garland are superstars to this day. Though in the US not many know who Piaf is. But, if you hum La Vie En Rose people will say I know that.

PIAF is very well known here in Perth.
