Just revisiting this classic and final album 'Tarantula' by British 'britpop/shoegazing' band Ride who were active in the 90s. Andy Bell went on to play bass for the now defunct Oasis. This particular track is a short acoustic track which breaks up the (mostly rock-based) album nicely!

Just revisiting this debut album 'Ultravox' (1977) after buying it last year. This is Ultravox as a punk band with John Foxx as frontman before he left and Midge Ure joined and turned them into a crappy 80s pop group. This song in particular is one of their best!

Blind Melon - one of the most underrated and overlooked rock bands of the 90's. This song: All That I Need is one of my favorites.
Rarely a week goes by that I don't play one of their albums. I still grieve a bit the fact that there will be no more from them. The deadly age of "27" was creeping up and snatched Shannon Hoon away from us far, far too soon. Blind Melon tried a new vocalist in 2008 (For My Friends) and while the album was okay it just wasn't the same. R.I.P. Shannon.
