cloudy all day but no moisture nor wind...
(that is supposedly returning tomorrow!)
as a footnote
i havent been able to see the ISS on its after dark/pre light passes overhead over the last couple of months due to cloudcover...
and now the next three weeks' passes over us are during daylight so i wont be able to take advantage of it even if it is fine!...
(im sure the astronauts must be missing me waving at them by now! LOL)
