overcast late afternoon with the promise of showers of overnight.
i have a friend who lives in Vancouver,BC
theyre in the middle of a heatwave up there, 34C/93F for the last few days
unusually warm up there, especially for this time of year....

we just had our coldest June for 26 years and our seocnd coldest on record.
rainfall was about 25% less than the average which isnt that great!

fine all day today, gorgeous weather, no wind and quite mild at 19C/66F
the calm before the storm...
we supposedly have a huge storm coming in tomorrow morning, bigger than the one we had in the previous post...
not looking forward to it as i have to go out tomorrow morning and drive in possible torrential rain!

we have just recorded our average July rainfall this month already, and there is more to come...
only problem with a lot of winter rain is that the bushlands grow well in Spring and early summer increasing the threat of bushfires later in the year...
