lamb leg steaks with veg.

very lean for lamb!

went to a local steakhouse for dinner.
prime rump steak for me with Caesar salad and baked potato.

Stuffed marrow flowers. First time I've attempted those. They're yummy.

shepherds pie with plenty of peas and corn in it topped with baked beans(heinz brand obviously!)

frozen fish in sauce bags that are boiled/microwaved for several minutes.

sauce was parsley/citrus.
had it with mashed sweet potato and green beans
