Hmmmm â¦. I smell a big fat rat (underlying the voluminous cloud of marijuana smoke)! Is this a strategic measure to calm everyone down? So we can all get happily and legally stoned while Nero is fiddling the books and Rome burns? Lends new meaning to the phrase âgone to potâ!
