Part way through watching the broadcast 3-part series about this Australian treasure. I've seen occasional one-off documentaries before, but nothing in this much depth.
I'm not a good swimmer, so would never venture into the water, especially with world-class predators around, but I'm really glad that there are people out there who will.
Amazingly good quality documentary...

ive never been there Tiggi, and apparently you only ever see the full beauty of it by either air or from under the water....and no, i wouldnt go under the water, there are things in the waters there that are the size of buses and will bite you in half before they decide they like you or not!!!!!....or sting you and you die before you even feel the pain of the sting!....
so "beautiful but dangerous" is an apt phrase to describe The Barrier Reef IMO!

actually i still havent made up my mind about Seal after all these decades, has a pleasant enough voice and has made a lot of "ok" songs,but never heard anything i can say that i love enough to buy.
