temps dropped to 11C/51F last night, had to keep the quilt on all night, first time in months

Dani and I were on our way out at 10:30 to go for a walk in the bush about 10 minutes drive way and the heavens opened up so our walk became null and void.
had drizzle off and on just about all day after that, maybe got around 1/2" if we were lucky, but its a start...
