coldest night we've had in over six months
28C/82F today with nothing but blue skies do I see.

Nothing but blue skies here either. All I can see is blue everything - sea, sky, surrounded by the stuff - clear all across the bay and the water is calm and all sparkly - not a breath of wind. Pity not to be able get out - it's absolutely glorious - I'm not complaining though - difficult to imagine a better place to be right now. Feeling exceptionally fortunate.

28C/82F again today.
looks like the weather is warming up over the next four or five days, could hit 38C/100F by Thursday if predictions are correct.
nothing abnormal in that, we get extended summers that last till Easter every three or four years
looks like this is one of them

we had unexpected rain from 8pm last night.
continued throughout the night
was so heavy at times I woke me up.
