suffered from Vertigo on a couple of occasions since last December, got it again today (a side effect for some diabetics) so I took my little white pill and spent the day in bed until the horrid dizziness eased so Dani cooked dinner.

sweet potato fries and slaw, shoulda had steak with it but theres a story attached....
now, this is where the problem starts, I can eat garlic if it is in something but not when its put on something, like steak for example, and for some reason garlic spikes my sugar levels so I shouldnt eat it anyway.
so anyway,
Dani cooked both steaks in the same frypan and the same time and the garlic she used on hers found its way on to mine so I couldn't eat it, so sweet potato fries and slaw for me for dinner.

^How strange, re the garlic. I thought it was good for everything - pretty much! Are you talking about fresh garlic??

in this case yes, fresh garlic.

Giant mushrooms filled with whatever I can find that seems suitable and topped with cheese, naturally. There will definitely be garlic in the equation, and quite likely chili, all helped along by a nice Pinotage.

lamb chops, veg and gravy.

must have drawn the short straw again.
not a fan of lamb, I find it too fatty and greasy.
cant not eat it again or i'll be in the doghouse....again LOL.
