Another one of Hillary's blunders. Only this one costed lives.

That pesky Sixth Amendment; guaranteeing the accused of a right to a fair trial, with representation even if they can't afford it.

Funny how we're all Constitutionalists until it comes to things we disagree with. Just like everyone hates lawyers until they're accused of a crime or sued, then they all go running to get a lawyer.

Not directed towards you Linda, just a general commentary based off your video. As someone who's been involved with law for years the demonizing we do of defense attorneys and not giving them funding has been a sore spot of mine for a while. I get why Shelton's mad, but, targeting your frustration on someone who did her job and provided a fair trial for an accused, I just think the anger is misplaced.

I get what you are saying LMD and I respect your opinion but this video is just part of the story.
Hillary made it sound like the young girl was in fault. Like she asked for the attack.
That was worse to me than her defending the guy. I will find the clip.

Politics - Lovely Linda - 12-10-2016

This clip explains the case a little better. Sorry for the return of Hillary laughing
but it was hard to get away from it and still hear what Hillary had to say about this little girl.
The guy with the blue tie tells a little of what Hillary had to say about the child. She should be ashamed of herself!!
No one asks to be raped. I am a victim. It scars someone for life. Believe me.
What she put that child through for that, I have no respect for Hillary at all.

But, if I do have to be attacked every time I voice my opinion here, it's a shame that only Hillary lovers are being allowed to speak without being attacked.
I would not put anything on here unless I knew it to be true and if I did not have evidence. Btw, Hillary did not deny this at the debate.

Except I'm not a Hillary lover so thanks for that labeling of me. I do, however, feel disturbed by how many defend Trump even when it's not excusable and I will call someone out when they do it. You jump on me every time I criticize Trump as it is so it's not like I need to be bandwagoned by people here.

Btw, Trump regularly makes allegations and claims and taking them as a fact is not wise without researching the substance or lack thereof behind them. I do not take what the man says as truth because he is full of hot air most of the time and I can tell when Hillary isn't being truthful either. I do not take either of their claims to heart without doing my own research.

Nothing else matters to them. Hillary just wants to be known as the first female president of the USA - she does not give a sh*t about anything else. She has no plan and no leadership ability. Trump just wants to add the 'president of the USA' title to his list of 'achievements'. He has no plan and no leadership ability either. Make no mistake, this race is only about personal ambition - nothing else. As can be seen from the two debates so far, neither of these two clowns has demonstrated that they have even the vaguest notion of what to do to solve America's ills. They are acting like two spoilt kids arguing over a toy. (Cue 'The Fletcher Memorial Home' video).

I don't disagree with you, they both suck tbh. Neither of them are paragon's of virtue and humility.

You are wrong. I am not jumping on you!!
This is a Discussion Board. I am only trying to keep it fair and balanced. I have nothing against you. I don't even know you.
I apologize for the Hillary lovers comment but it just seems that the majority of Americans have a love affair with the Clintons.
They can do no wrong to most.
Btw, lovers is more than one. So not really aimed at only you. But, like I said I do apologize.

Hillary has won anyway because the republican party has screwed up. They put Hillary in the WH not her supporters.
So what are we talking about. A election that is basically over.

Politics - Oceansoul - 12-10-2016

Heh, the love affair Americans have with the Clinton's? I think the respect some might have had for them has faded away and sure, there are some who respect Hillary still, but not like they use to. I think most Americans have their hands tied with their choices this year.

Hillary has a better chance at winning because she is more moderate than Trump who reaches a smaller pool of people and their interests. Most Americans are cautious to vote for someone who holds a platform with more extreme ideas. Trump is viewed as a loose cannon and that doesn't help his campaign nor does his routine defensive attacks against other people. Compared to him, she looks more composed and reasonable. He has himself to blame if he isn't elected tbh.

And I'm done arguing for tonight as I have had a headache.

Politics - Oceansoul - 12-10-2016

No, the Republican Party isn't looking good right now.
