third album of six, only one i own
indi-pop/electro-pop, a couple of post-new wave tracks too
light breezy sounds on here as expected with the genres
a couple i did not like, just a pleasant listen this time round
overall score 1.7 which means

album cover is horrible, one of the worst i think i own
pop for the most part with a handful of pop-rock tunes thrown in the mix
i had intended to play "harry's house" but picked up the wrong cd but thats okay
album is good for what it is and scores 2.0 from me which means

twelfth solo album of twenty-one,
i cannot believe i own fifteen, thats pretty bad!
anyway,
FYI, all four beatles released christmas songs
but Ringo is the only one to release a whole yuletide album
some nice pop songs on here, some originals and some traditional tunes
fave on here has a Glam Rock vibe

just a pop album, nothing special just a pleasant listen for what it is
enjoyed it more than the last time i played it which is a bonus as i expected nothing

UK/Aussie singer songwriter
his fifteenth studio album of sixteen, i own them all
a Beatles' covers album
im not a fan of covers albums but i do like cover songs
the problem with this is that he is trying to reinvent the wheel
Beatles songs aint broken so theres no need to fix them
the songs where he keeps fairly true to the originals are passable, the rest are piss poor
even as a big fan of both artists i cant bring myself to like most of this
but i get he is trying to instill bits of himself in the songs.
album scores around 1.4 from me which means

only track available which incidently i do not like: Strawberry Fields Forever

fourth solo album of five, i own three plus the two Savage Garden ones
2 cd set, 20 tracks
sounds too clinical and sterile than previous releases i own
no spark, no joy but that said, the songs are okay for the most part
album is too long and should have been condensed to a single disc which would have helped
album scores 1.7 from me which means

his seventh studio album of ten, i own six
follow up release to "thriller" which commercially would have been a hard act to follow
that said, its a better album IMO
a total of seven US singles, (5x #1s, 1x top10, the other stalled at #11)
a total of nine singles in Australia, all charted in the top'20
a total of nine UK hits also, (1x #1, 6x top 10s and the other two in the top15)
an incredible feat considering there were only ten tracks on the album.
album sold in excess of 35 million copies worldwide
we often forget just how huge he was year in and year out through 1979-1995
incredible pop album from the greatest pop artist ever IMO
album scores 2.6 from me which means
I LOVE THIS ALBUM
my favourite MJ song ever (Alien Ant Farm did a great cover of it too)
