over the last week our temps have been around 24C (75F) during the days and 6C (43F) at nights with clear blue skies, perfect days IMO.

Having been born on a cool, wet island and now living further South in continental Europe, I find around 20-25 degrees a nice temperature. The UK's maritime climate always kept things within a reasonable, but, cool range and one never really saw the nice warm things that others did. However, where I am in NL, is landlocked and we have hills ( Yes, I live in the Dutch mountains !!) and here we get the extremes , it can be as cold as -30C and as hot as 40C .

Here, today in the land of windmills and clogs, it is 31 C and tomorrow it is forecast to be even higher....time for a cool beer and a good pair of headphones , out on the terrace.

Wisps of white on charcoal and the reverse - ying yang skies, an ominous ocean of gunmetal grey, an occasional bright flicker and the ensuing rumble. Biblical justice is about to descend and I’m counting my miles from the lighting … (or my km’s, to be accurate, which doesn’t have quite the same ring. Lol!) …

18C/65F over the last couple of days with the same for the next few days...
good start to Winter also with almost 100mm/4 inches of rain over the last day and a half...
expecting a further 150mm over the next few days also...
this is my kind of weather. im loving it!
