How can a single person be addressed by 'they' when that is a PLURAL pronoun? Who dreams up this shit? We are getting to the point where people cannot even communicate properly anymore. This planet is starting to come apart at the seams. There is obviously something very wrong with society if we can't be called by the names we were born with! This is sheer utter stupidity and is going to lead to one complicated mess all because a bunch of fools are demanding it.

yes, i agree, 10/10 Ruby!
ask people under 35 what "grammar" is and i suspect the vast majority wont have a bloody clue what it means!
i thought this little quote from Billy Joel which formed part of an interview was quite interesting in the way he obviously feels about his songs:

Time to stop firing the managers and start firing the players. Then you'll get a result. When they realise they are going to start losing money and possibly be blacklisted with other clubs then they'll get the finger out and start playing like professionals instead of the over-paid prima donnas they are.
