He was still just a 13 year old with a fake gun..jeez a child can't even have a water gun without being shot because a cop is too trigger happy to wait to check before they pull the trigger.

looks pretty real to me....
the cop wasn't to know it wasn't real, sorry, but if you have a gun/pellet gun/water pistol or whatever and you aim or expose it to American cops
theres a better than even chance they will shoot you, period.

the thirteen year old's family is obviously grieving but I can guarantee the Officer involved in the
shooting would be too...
so two family's are suffering today.

I saw some pictures showing what the fake gun looks like and how the real one compares to it. Why are these fake guns made to look so real? The pellet gun had a laser on it.
I feel for the kid and his family, a sad situation. :frown:
