was 42C/107F where I am yesterday
already 34C/93F at 9:30 this morning..
been a strange summer so far, a couple of really hot days followed by temps in the late 20C's/high 80s or low 30C's/low 90s, then back to the heat again...
I think im going to blame Trump, afterall, everyone blames him for everything already, so why not!?

I rarely bother posting in this thread unless the weather is particularly noteworthy, but it's now just after midnight, been raining most of the day and still pelting down. We have had 51 mm of rain since 9am yesterday. That's quite extraordinary, since February is one of our driest months and it's not unusual in summer to go several weeks with no rain at all, not even a light shower.
"It'll do the gardens good" as they always say.
