That article.... I don't know how they or anyone can say "Worst-case scenarios would also fall far short of the 1986 catastrophe." 4th paragraph from the bottom. And then they follow that with "even a small explosion could blast radioactive debris far enough to make its containment a concern." The thing is, the whole reason that Chernobyl happened in the first place was because of arrogant stupidity. And I really hate to say it but I don't see the human race getting any smarter at all, just the opposite it seems to me....... why I hate reading the news on most days....... and I don't know, maybe should probably avoid this thread as well huh?
