Haven't really updated this in a while. So, to keep a list for myself; A while back I preordered;

Then I got an email from Amazon about Return to Forever. Didn't really say anything, just had a bunch of albums from them. So I checked it out thinking there might be some sort of deal or sale or something. Turns out there was. Bought this album that usually goes for about $19 in physical form and at least over $10 in mp3 form as a $6 mp3. Pretty excited about that.

Then the local record store was having a "secret sale." They made a post on FB and if you referenced it in the store you got 20% off. So, I went. And it was awesome. I've resigned myself to the fact that they normally don't carry John McLaughlin stuff, but, today, they had a whole slew of his stuff including an album that's basically been erased from history for $8. <3

(Interesting story about this album. I usually just buy Spyro Gyra albums based on what has the coolest title/cover and cheapest. I somehow wound up buying the 3 albums the band released prior to this one and the 3 that came after it, without noticing. So, now I've completed that string of albums. Heh.)

and im not ignorant, but ive not heard of a lot of the artists above...
i do have "from the vanishing point" by Red Wanting Blue though...good album

Andreas Vollenweider's White Winds - vinyl. Why? I like the cover and don't have anything by him. Not sure I'll start collecting, but I have listened to this and it's certainly music with no dark side. Very positive and light, as the cover suggests.
