Out here you can terminate a pregnancy up until around week 20 of a pregnancy from memory,
By week 18 all the tests for genetic diseases ie: Cerebral Palsy, down syndrome and organ defects are completed,
If any come back positive you then have that final week or two to decide to go through the pregnancy ir not.
After that twentieth week limit, the only time a pregnancy can legally be terminated is if the mothers life is at risk or
the unborn child has died in the womb.
There is no individual State Law in regards to abortion, it is governed by Federal Law.

marijuana legalization is on the ballot in 5 states this year
unfortunately mine is not one of them
it's only a matter of time
just hoping I can make it that long so I can celebrate
feds will declassify it as a schedule 1 drug which will open the doors
plus the states see that tax revenue roll in and want in on it
