It's very hard to choose one decade from others, because everything have its own sides. I can only say that I like sound from 1990's and 2000's.

I could never vote on this. I can't even choose my favorite genre. I enjoy too much music and it spans the decades.

Hey guys , I like 90's music the best because It is before the birth of mine and cannot listen frequently.Where as present music can be listened daily.

After much thought...more than this question deserved...I voted for th 60's. Reason: the first part of the 60's was still 50's sound and the end of the 60's was the begining of hard rock. A sort of bridge decade.

Great answer! I see your point.

60s - The Beatles, Elvis, etc. they are the reason we have the music we have now.

I vote hands down for the 70's.

Then I can't decide between 60's and 80's for second place.

Third goes the 50's.

The 90's were pretty poor. Really poor. The entire decade best music would be equivalent to a single month of the 70's in quality. Worst. most song of the 90's were plagiarized from older bands (and mostly from the 70's).
The music defining the 90's was rap.

The 2000's were painfully dry. generic music. poor. poor...
All generic bands. The music lacks melody. Instruments are just for refilling purposes.
All bands are posers.

The 70's had the most expressive, original, and soul capturing music.

They blame 2000's piracy for the financial trouble of the music industry. But I blame the crappy quality. ¿Who wants to pay for that?

Good response. However, I always think there's a plentiful supply of good music from every decade. The trick is in unearthing it.

70's by far.....80's to present, just noise pollution
