This isn't my own, its from allez-allez, a london DJ team. They've posted the mix on their blog. I'm too lazy to come up with my own, so I'm posting theirs. I can vouch for it.

    Side A:

    ralph falcon - the dig
ionic vision - die macht (the horrorist remix)
black strobe - i'm a man (audion donator mix)
    bernard herrmann - psycho suite
marion williams - oh death (death in the morning)
    tolga fidan - venice
danton eeprom - confessions of an english opium eater
velvet underground - lady godiva's operation
godley & creme - under your thumb

    Side B:

crowdpleaser & st. plomb - zukunft (dachshund remix)
black devil - timing forget the timing (kerrier district mix)
suicide / thomas brinkmann - diamonds, furcoat, champagne
john maus - times is weird
    a-tongue & d groove - feel surreal
    raudive - ultraviolet
oliver hacke - vampire von dusseldorf
    terrestrial tones - the sailor

A few tracks that have made it into many of my past Halloween mixes...

    Ministry - Everyday Is Halloween
    Rasputina - Transylvanian Concubine
    Squirrel Nut Zippers - Hell
    The Specials - Ghost Town
    Ramones- Pet Cemetery

Of course, you can never go wrong with Bauhaus' Bela Lugosi's Dead.

Would 'Black Sunshine' by Rob Zombie not qualify for a halloween playlist? It sounds pretty halloween-y to me
