    I love a wordsmith.
    How does she do that?

She's a natural. Just meant to be. The lady should be writing novels. She'll make a fortune.

John Lydon is not normally reactionary, especially to people's criticisms of him but in this case he'd had enough of people saying he (and I quote):
"joined big business and become a bourgeois shit" and the fact his record label wanted him to write a love song...
this song lets people know who and what he is and....its still not a love song!

one of the first tracks Paul wrote after Linda passed away that appeared on his Driving Rain album...
a sad yet beautiful picture of their lives together, and you can hear the sadness in his vocals

The lead track from Joe Jackson's Rain - "Invisible Man". Piano, bass and drums ... amen.
Can't help having a grudging admiration for the way he just chucks himself into things - never know what to make of him!

JJ was a strange artist to work out Ruby, liked your linked track,
"real men" is still my favourite of his though.

    back to this one:
Michael Jackson's "childhood", a sad song about his own childhood (or lack of one)
