Shakin' Stevens "echoes of our times:an album of life and times"

    Spotify listen:

UK rocker, rocker as in the style of 1950s rock....
    twentieth studio album...
debuts at #2 on the UK Americana albums chart this week...
I have at least half his albums and numerous singles...
was an Elvis impersonator back in the late 1960s and 1970s...
spent more weeks on the UK singles chart in the 1980s than any other artist!..
this is a good solid collection of Americana type songs...
not sure if theyre covers/originals or a combination of both as
    ive never heard any previously...
im assuming from the clip that he wrote the album as a look back on his
life as he revisited his old stomping ground in Wales...
a good new sound for Shaky, he finally get the recognition he
deserves on the US charts (country) with this album...
good stuff, my album of the week so far!

no clips available but a short documentary that inspired the album:
