    If anybody thinks a Blues life is only about Black folks, here's a Caucasian woman to disabuse you of that notion. Candye Kane. A very smart woman who made some dumb mistakes (child outside marriage at 17, later a stripper/porn actress), then discovered her true self and recovered her way. Been making heart-felt, to-the-bone recordings since her major release at 27 (Clifford Antone believed in her and supported her).
