Difficult to say. I enjoy a bit of everything. But if I had to choose then I would choose the 90's.

This is one of those things where I refuse to vote because it is far too subjective and depends on what music you truly love.
Jazz & Blues stretch from the beginning of the twentieth century right through and perhaps earlier. And when it comes to either Rock and Roll, or Classical?

I personally have many favourites in many genres from most eras, as did my late wife! Our record collection reflects as much.

Since this is posted in "Rock" I'll stick to it.

I also cannot easily choose though. I think the 70's is when rock fully matured, but it wouldn't have gotten there without the groundbreaking work done in the 60's. Many of my favorite bands peaked in the 80's. I listen the most to rock music from the present and I find it the most exciting of all. But that may be because I'm constantly looking and listening to anything new and different.
