1. Break - Symmetry
2. Distance - Repercussions
3. Benga - Diary of an Afro Warrior
4. Chase & Status - More Than Alot
5. Danny Byrd - Supersized
Does The Gaslamp Killer count as "electronic" or is turntablism & stuff too hip-hop. I don't know, probably. O yea, and DJ Sprinkles' Midtown 120 Blues was great house.
I don't recall many mixes from 08, except the Friction + Fabio D&B Arena, which was good I guess, I don't know. O yeah and some mixes I got from Mixmag.
EPs:
Original Pirate Material by The Atari.s is pretty cool, it's free online somewhere, pretty great psytrance stuff.
Gnarl by Radioactive Man (one half of Two Lone Swordsmen) was really good also.
Less great but still pretty good stuff includes DJ Hazard's Machete Bass EP (Killers Don't Die!) & Calibre's Roundhouse EP.
Singles, erm:
Mampi Swift's One Finger/Angels, Chase & Status' Take Me Away/Judgement + Pieces/Eastern Jam, and also Clipz' Loud and Dirty/Push It Up. And, yea, others.
1.Years of Refusal-Morrissey
2.Manners-Passion Pit
3.III-Maylene & The Sons of Disaster
These aren't electronic artists.

Hmm, it looks like you listen mostly to the dubstep and jungle side of things. To be honest I'm not crazy about Benga's Diary of an Afro Warrior. I got it expecting to like it because I like some of his earlier records and it doesn't do it for me.
As far as dubstep goes I mostly like the Skull Disco and Hyperdub camps. I just dabble in it.
I think DJ Sprinkle's Midtown 120 Blues was released in 2009.
