No. When I said "deluxe physical format" I was referring to how Radiohead released In Rainbows. One version included the original album on CD, two heavy-weight vinyl records, another CD of bonus tracks, lyric books and artwork. All of this was packaged in a slipcase.

There is no need for a physical format to play the music from. There are many loss-less digital formats. Songs can be downloaded in this way with all of the audio quality of CDs if that is what the audience desires.

That would certainly make me feel better if I looked like a dumbass donkey.

Sorry - too many business meetings leading to a need to be childish - you barely suck at all.

Iota just has this driving desire to insult someone every once in a while.
We're only pawns in his game.

Default Back On Track ( Pardon the pun!)

What we see in the market place is the end game of a long war that has gone on between the recording companies the other interested parties and the consumer.

Ever since the ablity to copy music was avalaible to the public at reasonable prices , the recording industry has beleeted on that it is damaging their sales, A and R ect on one hand and the manufacturing processes etc, but it did not stop them from charging hefty prices for their products and trying to fool the public that it was value for money........as a result the consumer with limited budgets but large desires for new music, taped and copied where they could,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,with the advent of computer technology copying/sharing of files was the last battle in this war and was quite conclusivly by file copying ...................the war was lost for the big recoding companies a and they knew it .........years of so convincing financial arguements were finally exposed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,however the artist and to some extent the middle men were casualties...................However, there were a few indicator that all is not over..................vinyl grows even after the war...................people still love live music and in the musical reproduction wars (Hi-Fi) the fifties loser :valve technology rules in some parts long after solid state electronics gave it a good kicking...................so maybe downloads will be the way forward and copying is here to stay..................but perhaps it will be something left of field in the on the sidelines that will flourish but what will this format/system be ????????

Nice to be able to go back to trust and friendship!!!!!!!!!

It's a mixed up sensation this being alive
Oh! it wears a man down into the ground
    It's the strangest elation
    I can't describe it
Oh it leaves a man weary
    It makes a man frown.

I'm on an NHS waiting list to have a blue-tooth receiver implanted in my left temple. I'm going be able to do a neural link to whatever device I use for playback (provided it's blue-tooth capable), and eliminate the need to use ears.

    Hope it sounds good...
